Process Automation X-Ray · For owners of businesses with 2 to 50 people
The Process Automation X-Ray captures each of your business processes step by step, one at a time, scores how ready each one is for AI, and hands you the document you need to automate it. Answer a few questions, type it out, or just say it out loud. The Founder X-Ray is included free.

One question
Most owners answer it confidently. Most get it wrong. It has nothing to do with which AI tool you use, and everything to do with where your business keeps what it knows.
I'll tell you the question further down. First, the problem it exposes.
The problem
You didn't plan it that way. At the start you were the only one there, so you learnt every step, every exception and every client's little quirks by doing them yourself. Years later, the business still runs through you.
Try the honest test. If you switched your phone off for five days, what would stop first?
Keeping it in your head has a price, and you pay it twice. Once every day, in hours you spend answering instead of leading. And once more on the day you sell, hand over or step back, when buyers call it key-person risk and price it in.
Why the usual fixes stall
Most owners have tried something. A downloaded SOP template. A process software subscription, paid every month. A freelancer who wanted to start building automations on day one.
They stall for the same reason. Every one of them assumes you already know what to write down. You don't, and that isn't a flaw. The most valuable parts of your process are the ones you do without thinking: the judgement calls, the exceptions, the "if it's this client, I do it differently." People who say "I just know" rarely know what they know until someone asks them the right way.
So the X-Ray lets you explain it the way you already do: out loud, in your own words, or by answering questions.
How it works
The one your team always asks you about, or the one that stops when you're away. Client onboarding, quoting, month-end, approvals: anything you repeat.
Pick whichever comes easiest:
Your process comes back documented step by step and scored out of 18 for automation readiness. You'll see which steps are ready for AI now, which need a human, and what's missing before anything can be automated.
Whichever you choose, it draws out the parts templates never ask for: the exceptions, the workarounds, who decides, and what happens when it goes wrong. The Q&A takes about 15 minutes, and voice is usually more than three times faster. You can do it yourself or hand it to the person who runs the process.
Now, the question I ask every client
Could someone who has never met you run this process tomorrow, using only what's written down?
If the answer is no, no AI tool can run it either. Automation fails when the tools arrive before the knowledge has been written down. The X-Ray gets each process to yes, one at a time.
Who built it
I spent twenty years in commercial law and governance across South Africa, the UK and Mauritius, where a process that isn't written down properly is a liability, not an inconvenience. My NLP Practitioner training is the other half. NLP began as a way to model how experts think and make their skill teachable, and that is exactly what the X-Ray does with your process.
I hold Microsoft and Anthropic AI credentials and sit on boards as a Non-Executive Director, so I see this from both sides of the table: the owner who holds the knowledge, and the board or buyer who asks what happens if that owner isn't there. I tested all of it on my own businesses first.
What changes
Proof
A licensed corporate services firm in Africa started exactly here: one process at a time, captured and scored. Over 90 days we added a Founder X-Ray and further Process X-Rays, then automated the core processes. The IP is now documented for a future exit, with no disruption and no key-person concentration risk.
It's the same method behind DAINTY itself. One founder runs marketing, copywriting, tenders and client delivery for a full consultancy, because the knowledge came out of my head first.
As featured in Investor's Mag Mauritius, FinWise Exchange, La Sentinelle, the Legal Unicorns and Strategy To Screen podcasts, and on stage at the Digital Divas Summit 2026.
Results from one client engagement over 90 days. What you see will depend on your business and what you do with your reports.
The offer
The tool
Reusable on every process in your business. Each one is captured step by step, scored out of 18 for automation readiness, and gets its own report and the document you need to automate it.
Bonus
A separate guided interview for you, the owner. It maps what only you know (the pricing logic, the client history, the reasons behind every exception) and scores your Key-Person Dependency out of 18, with its own report.
Included
Every process report places your score in a tier, from low-hanging fruit to complex, so you know whether it's a quick first win or one to build properly. No guesswork, and no sales call required.
Put that next to the alternatives. Process software bills you every month and still hands you a blank page to fill in yourself. A buyer's key-person discount costs a great deal more.
USD 99. Once.
No subscription, no hourly bill, nothing to cancel. Everything you create is yours to keep, whether you automate with me, with someone else, or not at all.
Timing
There's no fake deadline here. The only clock is the one you already know about: the next time you're off sick, the next new hire who takes three months to be useful, the next time someone asks what the business is worth without you in it.
Every week a process stays in your head, you pay for it in hours. Starting costs USD 99 and about 15 minutes.
What happens next
Questions
The one your team asks you about most, or the one that stops when you're away. If you're unsure, start with client onboarding. It touches everyone.
The Readiness Check scores your whole business in three minutes and shows where it's most exposed. The X-Ray goes deep on each process, one at a time, and gives you the document you need to automate it.
No. You answer questions, type it out, or simply talk, in plain language. The scoring and structure happen for you.
Yes. Dictate it by voice and our AI agent maps it for you. Most people can explain a process far faster than they could ever write it, which makes voice the quickest way in.
Short on time? Talk it through by voice. Want the most complete document? Take the guided Q&A: it asks the specific questions I ask in a client diagnostic, so nothing important is left in your head. Either way, you get your process documented and scored.
No. The X-Ray gives you the documented process and the readiness score that any automation build needs first. From there you have two roads. Build it yourself with Your AI Team in 30 Days, my self-paced programme that takes you from your first prompt to a team of agents on your own IP (the waitlist is open now). Or have me build it for you as a fixed-fee piece of work, paid per phase upfront. If you're unsure which fits, email me for 1:1 time and we'll work it out.
Yes, as many as you like. The tool is yours to reuse on every process in your business, and each one gets its own report. Most owners start with the one that hurts most.
Yes. Your answers are used only to build your report, are never shared, and you can ask me to delete them at any time. The details are in my privacy notice.
Yes, and for many processes they should: the person who runs it knows the workarounds. The Founder X-Ray is the one that needs you.
Start with one process
P.S. If you only read this line: for USD 99 you get every process out of your head, one at a time, documented and scored out of 18 for automation, plus the Founder X-Ray scoring how much your business depends on you. Explain it by Q&A in about 15 minutes, or faster by voice. No subscription, nothing to cancel, and everything you create is yours. The process your team asks you about most is the one to start with.
